At HommeFemmeLA, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached to ensure the return is accepted.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
